Michelle has recently become a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.  She is a Chartered Financial Planner and founded Consilia in 2012 after a career in financial services and the accountancy profession.  Michelle has always felt that the key ingredients to good financial planning incorporates the structuring of investments correctly, a client focused approach and a strong investment background. Michelle is very proud of the Consilia team and the service based approach we have created for our clients.

Michelle has a BA (Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester and on leaving university she joined a large global firm of accountants in the tax department before spending several years in the USA. Michelle has the advanced qualifications for Pensions, Tax and Trusts and Business Financial Planning.

Michelle specialises in looking after individuals and helping them achieve their goals and aspirations (large or small). Michelle firmly believes that cash flow planning is applicable for all clients. Using cash flow planning she can help clients make decisions and sleep better at night!. Michelle likes nothing better than working with clients to build up their assets or ensure that the client leave more to their family and less to the Inland Revenue.  Michelle has a particular bent towards helping clients with their own businesses.

Outside of the office Michelle is kept busy by her husband and three children.  She enjoys walking, theatre and travel.
